How can you protect your self?

are many ways in which you can protect yourself. First and foremost you

There are also
certain best practices you can implement. For example be wary of the

internet. Only download from trusted sources - if in any doubt at all
do not do it! The possible damage to your computer or personal data or
even the theft of your identity is just not worth having the latest
smileys or cool toolbars.
As you can see, the world wide web is
a bit like the real world. Think of it as a big city - there are
certain areas you would not go to and certain things you would not get
even if you were offered them for free. Be streetwise when you are
surfing the internet and if anything looks dodgy it just may prove to
